INTRODUCTION
Falcon Lane Investment Corporation is a family enterprise that was created in 2022 to acquire and operate a small to mid-market business in Western Canada. Our belief is that strong relationships are the foundation to success in business. Our approach is to work with owners of private enterprises to customize a transaction to fulfill their personal objectives, while ensuring the legacy of their business is preserved well into the future.
We are looking for a high-quality business in a “traditional” sector, with a sustainable track record of strong financial performance. We are not interested in start-ups, turnarounds or cyclical businesses.
We will partner with and support the existing management team to transition operating responsibilities from the current owners to our experienced entrepreneurial team to ensure that all aspects of the business (e.g., employees, customers, suppliers, etc.) continue to flourish. As a self-funded enterprise, there is no closure risk when deciding to transact with us.

Real World Experience
Our team has a proven track record of operating and growing businesses. Vendors will not need to be concerned with first time business owners/executives.
